Adolfo Polo y La Borda - Mobility and Cosmopolitanism in the Early Modern Spanish Empire

Adolfo Polo y la Borda is Assistant Professor of Early Modern History at the University of Nottingham. His research interests centre on the early modern Spanish empire in a global perspective. He is the author of the recent book Global Servants of the Spanish King: Mobility and Cosmopolitanism in the Early Modern Spanish Empire (2025).
