Leonardo Ariel Carrió Cataldi is a CNRS Researcher at the Laboratoire de Recherche Historique Rhône-Alpes in Lyon. His research interests focus on the history of science and technology in the context of the early modern Iberian empires. He has widely published in English, French, and Spanish and is currently completing his first book, which is titled Temps, science et empire: Conceptions du temps au XVIe siècle dans les monarchies ibériques.
