Princeton-Oxford Early Modern Global Iberia Graduate Workshop

Description: Building on existing scientific collaboration, this workshop brings together graduate students specialising in early modern global Iberian studies at Oxford and Princeton. Among other things, the workshop will specifically focus on critical approaches to multilingual archives in recognition of the particular effort to promote the use of records in non-European languages. Five Oxford DPhil students have been paired with five Princeton PhD students based on their scholarly interests. Each pairs will lead a separate session. Senior historians are also be involved.
